Refund policy

If we decide to bail out from building your article at any point, you will receive full-refund no questions asked. 

Refund timelines

The refund will be initiated immediately on our end as soon as we arrive at a closure to cancel your order. Once we initiate the refund, you will receive a notification of the same over email given to us at time of billing with the amount you will receive in refund. The time for a refund to reflect in your bank account depends on the days banking infrastructure usually takes, the working days available to them in between for any usual banking refund to reflect. This is typically 5-7 working days for domestic payments & 9-12 days for International payments.
