Shipping policy

Orders once placed go through a review to decide on shipping time. Since the nature of business is bespoke goods manufacturing, the time to ship varies from request to request. Some items can be shipped immediately, while some articles require higher customisations which requires us to gather specific materials to fit that request.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped (over the email you entered during checkout). All orders will have tracking numbers provided once goods are shipped. 

Goods once shipped will be delivered within 7 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer Rs. 1000 flat rate shipping across India. At this point in time, we do not ship outside of India.
